Rajeev is a 20 year veteran of the high-tech industry, with prominent roles at household names like Hewlett Packard, Compaq, Microsoft, Intel and the BBC. He pioneered work at the BBC leading to the first US version of the BBC America’s Shop; at HP in problem detection and self healing; and at Microsoft and Intel in Windows specific technologies and automated hardware validation workflows later used by both Android and Windows. At the age of 26, Rajeev launched his first startup called NeoProxima PLC in London UK that was focused on building, hosting and delivering adaptive multimedia solutions for enterprises and education. Rajeev has expertise in cloud computing, artificial intelligence, OS kernel design, media systems and hardware. He holds a degree in theoretical physics from Trinity College at The University of Toronto.

Mr. Onodera brings a broad experience to AI Dynamics, having spent over 30 years in financial and operational roles, for both startups as well as large public companies. For the past 15 years have been working in finance for technology startups based in the San Francisco Bay Area, with an emphasis on strategic financial planning. Prior to that, Mr. Onodera held a number of management positions with both Apple and Nike, based in both the US as well as Tokyo, Japan.  Mr. Onodera holds a BA (Magna Cum Laude) in Economics from the University of Washington, and an MBA in Finance from UC Berkeley.
Nobutaka Ishikawa

Nobu comes with an extensive background in engineering and finance and was the head of enterprise services and digital services at Siemens Healthcare in Japan. He has an MBA from Wharton in Finance and a master’s in electrical engineering from Tokyo University. He started his career as an engineer with NTT Docomo. He worked as a strategy consultant with Bain & Company and as a director with the Innovation Network Corporation of Japan, a private equity fund, and led the turnaround of one of their portfolio companies within three years to a successful exit.

Mr. Sato is a serial entrepreneur, started his career as the original Window product manager for Japan for Microsoft Corp. where he was responsible for licensing and launching Window 1.03 to 3.0 to over 20 Japanese PC companies, then went on to start his e-commerce startup in Silicon Valley and Japan. He founded Tokyo IPO, Japanese IPO portal and Innovation Finders Capital GP LLC (WA) where is worked closely with State of Washington to develop Japan-Washington innovation ecosystem. He is currently principal owner of Tom Sato Business Development where he helps various governments on bilateral trade and innovation matters.

Allan O’Bryant is the Executive Managing Partner of Yunzei Partners, a family office focused on early-stage investments in a variety of sectors including, healthcare, addiction treatment, energy, digital technology, and others. Allan is retired from Reinsurance Group of America (RGA) where he was Executive Vice President, Chief Corporate Officer, and a member of RGA’s Executive Council. During his storied career, Allan served in several “C” level positions in companies including AFLAC, Lehman Brothers, Yunzei Capital LLC, and KPMG. Allan is Emeritus Chair of the Board of Directors and Board of Trustees of the American School in Japan. He currently serves on several corporate and leadership boards including Novinium Inc., AI Dynamics, Harvard Law School, and Brigham Young University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Since retirement, Allan has dedicated his philanthropic and professional efforts to helping people in recovery heal from the ravages of addiction. Using his unique skill set, Allan brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership and is positioned to help early-stage companies successfully grow.

Naoki Shimada is a graduate of Hitotsubashi University (Tokyo, Japan) and MIT Sloan. He founded P&E Directions in 2001 after having worked for companies such as Apple Computers, Boston Consulting Group, and ICG Japan. P&E provides strategy planning and execution services using the company’s client/P&E collaborative model, partnering with clients in order to grow their business and achieve mid and long-term goals. He has conducted over 1,000 consulting projects with over 200 clients ranging from large enterprises to unlisted/individually owned SMBs across industries ranging from high-tech manufacturing, system integration, financial institutions/investment, wholesale/retail/restaurants in distribution, service, and entertainment.

Dr. Semmoto is a successful entrepreneur in the telecommunication industry, with more than 30 years in senior management positions with leading Japanese telecommunication companies. His career began when he joined Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Public Corporation (NTT, Japan) in 1966, staying until 1983. After favorably campaigning for a deregulated telecom industry in Japan, he co-founded the first private telecom startup, DDI, now KDDI Corporation in 1984, whose market cap is approximately $85 billion. After its IPO, he left the company to become a Professor of Entrepreneurship at Keio University, Tokyo, Japan in 1996 as well as a Visiting Professor at the University of California, Berkeley, Carnegie Mellon University, and a Research Fellow at Stanford University. In 1999, Dr. Semmoto founded and served as CEO of eAccess, Ltd. an Internet access startup that commercialized Japan’s DSL market and went on to capture the second-largest global market share. Following the IPO of eAccess in 2004, he founded and became CEO of EMOBILE, which became Japan’s fourth-largest mobile network operator. EMOBILE and eAccess were sold to SoftBank in 2013. Today he serves as Executive Chairman of RENOVA, Inc., a leading renewable energy power company (Japan). In the past, he served several international outside board members of world-class companies, including NetApp, a leading storage company in Silicon Valley (US), and Reuters Shareholding Company, a world first-class communication company (UK).

Chandrasekher is a seasoned global, technology, and management executive with a track record for delivering innovation. He is an expert on China. And, is recognized as a visionary with the ability to create and exploit disruptions in the marketplace. During his 24 year tenure at Intel Corporation, Chandrasekher held a variety of roles including head of Intel’s mobile business, server and workstation business, global sales organization; and, global marketing. Most recently, he was President of Qualcomm Datacenter Technologies, Inc. and Vice Chairman of Huaxintong Semiconductor, Inc. (China). The most notable advisor role outside of AI Dynamics is advising Ronawk LLC on various big data analytic tools available for various OMIC datasets. He graduated from the University of Kansas with a Ph.D. in Molecular, Cellular & Developmental Biology and from Missouri State University with a MS and BS in Biology.
